The Integral Leadership Program (ILP) is a 52-week, practice-based program designed to develop executives serious about achieving their next level — across leadership, execution, and impact.

SCLP: Social Change Leadership Program

The Social Change Leadership Program (SCLP) is a practice-based program designed to invest in a diverse group of women who are serious about achieving their next level as a leader so they can facilitate impactful social change that will benefit countless people and communities.

FLP: Foundational Leadership Program

Available to companies whose top leaders complete the ILP.

The Foundational Leadership Program (FLP) is designed to support individual contributors or managers from a single company to be in alignment and dynamic engagement with select practices from the ILP. The 12-week FLP is launched with a full-day workshop that introduces tools and practices through classroom discussion and experiential activities.

Participants attend group coaching calls each week and attend a final workshop that results in deeper integration of the tools and practices. The program can be configured to meet the unique needs of any organization.

ALP: Advanced Leadership Program

Available to Academy members who have completed the ILP, demonstrate readiness for mastery-level training, and secure a recommendation from a Stagen coach.

This Advanced Leadership Program (ALP) is ideal for members who are prepared to engage in deep inner work in the context of unconditional responsibility. The program, which requires participants to be highly self-directed, is designed to challenge assumptions and disrupt habitual patterns.

Participants are led in their journey by small-group leaders (fellow Academy members) who have previously completed the ALP and demonstrated the aptitude for adjunct faculty leadership.

FLC: Foundational Leadership Course

The Foundational Leadership Course (FLC) is available exclusively to leaders who have completed the ILP.

As certified FLC Course Leaders, our ILP graduates leverage their understanding and experience with the course curriculum to deliver foundational content, tools, and practices in a highly structured way to any level in their organization. The 12-week FLC uses a flipped classroom model and encourages personal and professional development in a practice- based way. The course is led by our ILP graduates, the Course Leader, who facilitates weekly live conversations on implementing the material learned in the previous week.

Participants can access the content via the online portal and be assigned videos to watch, articles to read, and exercises to practice.
